Floral Therapy for Mental Health and Well-being

Helping individuals and communities discover the healing power of flowers with our expert-led therapy sessions

Guided by Charlotte, a practising CBT and Mental Health Social Worker, our sessions go beyond traditional therapy.  With ten years of experience, Charlotte supports attendees in discovering new ways to heal, cope, and grow while working intuitively with flowers to create balance and joy. We tailor sessions to help with bereavement, mood improvement, anxiety management or simply looking to find creative mindful practice to reduce stress and isolation.  We are dementia and neurodiverse inclusive, providing the care and experience they need.

This unique blend of flower therapy, colour theory, sensory exploration, and craft activities is designed as a sanctuary the both your body and mind. These sessions provide a structured yet relaxing environment designed to allow people to unwind, connect with others, and explore the therapeutic power of flowers.

Our results

Over the 6 week course, participants will feel the benefits of slowing down, working with our hands, creating intuitively with colour, texture, scent and allowing the sensory experience of flower arranging to promote mindful self-care and healing. Increased well-being and self-worth will naturally occur and the skills that participants take away from the sessions will help to embrace confidence and pleasure being in nature and working with flowers seasonally.
