Guided by Charlotte, a practising CBT and mental health therapist, our sessions go beyond traditional therapy. With ten years of experience, Charlotte supports attendees in discovering new ways to heal, cope, and grow. We tailor sessions to help with bereavement, managing anxiety or simply looking for reduced stress, anxiety or the feeling of being isolated. We're working with dementia users and the neurodiverse and can assist with any service users, providing the care and experience they need.

These sessions provide a structured yet relaxing environment designed to allow people to unwind, connect with others, and explore the therapeutic power of flowers.
Partner with us
Charlotte is a registered Social Worker and Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with over 8 years of experience working as a Mental Health Professional in the public sector. She is governed by Social Work England (SWE) and the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP), with Professional Liability insurance.
We already partner with care homes, local authorities, day centres, and various care providers to deliver high-quality mental health services, providing successful and bespoke classes for people with the most complex of needs.
