Helping individuals and communities discover the healing power of flowers with our expert-led therapy sessions
Guided by Charlotte, a practising CBT and Mental Health Social Worker, our sessions go beyond traditional therapy. With ten years of experience, Charlotte supports attendees in discovering new ways to heal, cope, and grow while working intuitively with flowers to create balance and joy. We tailor sessions to help with bereavement, mood improvement, anxiety management or simply looking to find creative mindful practice to reduce stress and isolation. We are dementia and neurodiverse inclusive, providing the care and experience they need.​
This unique blend of flower therapy, colour theory, sensory exploration, and craft activities is designed as a sanctuary the both your body and mind. These sessions provide a structured yet relaxing environment designed to allow people to unwind, connect with others, and explore the therapeutic power of flowers.
Partner with us
Charlotte is a registered Social Worker and Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with over 8 years of experience working as a Mental Health Professional in the public sector. She is governed by Social Work England (SWE) and the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP), with Professional Liability insurance.
We already partner with care homes, schools, local authorities, the education and corporate sector day centres, and various care providers to deliver a high-quality social prescribing service.

Our results
Over the 6 week course, participants will feel the benefits of slowing down, working with our hands, creating intuitively with colour, texture, scent and allowing the sensory experience of flower arranging to promote mindful self-care and healing. Increased well-being and self-worth will naturally occur and the skills that participants take away from the sessions will help to embrace confidence and pleasure being in nature and working with flowers seasonally.
